Lead end-to-end production of large-scale events including government summits, national celebrations, and corporate functions across the UAE and the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage full event production lifecycle from brief to post-event wrap
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and logistics teams on-ground
- Liaise with government and corporate clients throughout delivery
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor management
- Ensure health, safety, and protocol standards are met at all times
Requirements
- 5+ years of event production experience, ideally in the Middle East
- Proven track record on large-scale government or corporate events
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Lead the creative vision for Class Act's event portfolio — from initial concept and visual identity through to show direction and content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and narratives for major event briefs
- Define theme, visual identity, and guest experience journey
- Direct show scripts, AV content, and stage design in collaboration with production
- Present and pitch creative ideas to senior government and corporate clients
- Mentor and develop the in-house creative team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative direction for live events or brand experience
- Strong portfolio of large-scale events, ceremonies, or brand activations
- Expertise in visual storytelling, set design, and content direction
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
- Experience working in the GCC is highly desirable
Support senior producers in coordinating multiple events simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinate between creative, production, logistics, and client teams
- Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Assist on-site during event setup, live days, and breakdown
- Prepare reports, proposals, and post-event summaries
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Oversee the technical delivery of audio, video, lighting, and staging for high-profile events across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage AV specifications for events of all scales
- Supervise AV crew during load-in, rehearsals, and live show
- Coordinate with creative team on technical feasibility of concepts
- Manage equipment procurement, maintenance, and supplier relationships
- Ensure all technical delivery meets quality and safety standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of AV/technical management in live events
- Experience with large-format LED, projection mapping, and concert audio
- Strong leadership and on-site problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UAE safety and venue regulations
- Available for overnight and weekend event schedules
